Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

• Every member must provide correct personal information.
• One person should maintain only one active Member ID unless permitted by company policy.
• The company may suspend or terminate any account if false information or misuse is found.

2. Product Purchase

• Products are sold as per the MRP and company offers applicable at the time of purchase.
• Discounts and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product availability depends on stock.

3. Unity Start

• Unity Start members are eligible for up to 40% discount on selected products as per company policy.
• Cashback benefits are not applicable unless specifically mentioned.

4. Unity Plus

• Unity Plus benefits shall be provided as per the official business plan.
• Returns and benefits are subject to the company's current policy.

5. Unity Prime Cashback

• Unity Prime members receive 2% daily cashback as per the approved business plan.
• To retain cashback eligibility, members must complete 3X Direct Business within 90 days from the activation date.
• If the required 3X Direct Business is not completed within 90 days, the pending cashback will automatically lapse and cannot be restored.

6. Binary Income

• Binary income starts only after one active direct member on the Left and one active direct member on the Right.
• Binary income is credited to the Binary Wallet.
• 3% of the available Binary Wallet balance is released daily to the Withdrawal Wallet.

7. Level Income

• Every 1 direct referral unlocks 2 levels.
• A maximum of 20 levels can be unlocked by completing 10 direct referrals.
• Level income is credited to the Level Wallet.
• 0.5% of the available Level Wallet balance is released daily to the Withdrawal Wallet.

8. Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹1,000.
• A 10% deduction will apply as per company policy.
• Withdrawals are processed according to the company's schedule.

9. Capping

• Maximum earning limit is 10 times (10X) the value of the activated package.

10. Franchise

• Member ID activation is carried out through an authorized Unity Mart Franchise.
• Franchise commission and benefits are governed by the official Franchise Policy.

11. Rewards & Leadership

• Rewards, leadership bonuses and other incentives are subject to qualification criteria and company policy.
• The company reserves the right to modify reward structures.

12. Refund & Cancellation

• Refunds, replacements and cancellations will be processed only according to the official company policy and applicable law.

13. Account Security

• Members are responsible for keeping their login ID and password secure.
• Unity Mart is not responsible for losses caused by sharing login credentials.

14. Policy Changes

• Unity Mart reserves the right to update or modify the business plan, policies, rewards, commissions and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated policies will become effective once published on the official website.

15. Acceptance

• By registering or using Unity Mart services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
